About Alicia
Alicia is a former Estates Registrar and Court and Client Representative in Hamilton, Ontario. She draws on both her years of court experience and her training in alternative dispute resolution. Alicia brings a structured, collaborative approach to mediation, recognizing the personal pressures that can accompany an estate dispute. She helps parties to clarify the issues and explore practical solutions, with the aim of reducing the time, cost and stress that can come with litigation.

What are the mediation fees?

| Full day · 6 hours · Two parties | $1,400 |
| Additional hour | $200 |
| Additional party (up to four parties) | $500 |
For more than four parties, contact Alicia to discuss the matter. Applicable taxes are additional. An invoice is issued after the mediation.
Is the date confirmed when I send a request?
No. Dates remain tentative until a conflict check is completed and LeBlanc Mediation confirms the session in writing.
Can participants join from different locations?
Yes. Sessions are held online via Zoom for parties and counsel across Ontario.
What is the cancellation policy?

| 10 days or less | $800 |
Cancellation charges are divided equally among the parties unless otherwise agreed. Applicable taxes are additional.
